We do not own any transportation services, accommodation, tours, excursions or other travel experiences. We display information about travel experiences offered by third-party suppliers, but we do not have any affiliation with third-party suppliers and such actions should not be taken as an indication of’s sponsorship or approval of third-party suppliers. Although members may rate and review particular travel experiences based on their experiences, we should not be held responsible if the content is not authentic or incomplete.

When you do a booking through the Website, you agree to review and be bound by the supplier’s terms and conditions and any other rules or policies related to the supplier’s travel experience. This interaction with third-party suppliers would at your own risk and will have no liability with respect to the acts, omissions, errors, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any of such suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting from your association with them.

You may be linked through this Website to supplier sites or other websites that we do not control. Booking on those Third Party websites is fully on you and will not be held responsible for any wrong information provided by them.

Pricing & Inclusions / Exclusions Policy

Prices enlisted on the Website are on the per person basis, unless otherwise specified.

Local tariff at the time of quoting determines the pricing that are subjected to change without notice, until a booking has been confirmed.

Unless otherwise specified, the mentioned prices include all taxes, driver and guide fees, entry fees to parks, safety equipment and excludes tips/gratuities to tour directors, drivers or local guides, parking fees, camera fees, personal insurance and any beverages or food not specifically listed under “Inclusions” on the product pages of the Website.

 Payments & Cancellations Policy processes your payment after collecting your payment information as described below under “Payment Processing”, after a booking is done by you. We accept all credit/debit cards, Net Banking facilities, Wallet Payment, Paytm and Paypal. You would be needed to make full payment at the time of reservation. Payment will be enlisted as on the credit or debit card statement.

Once a tour or service starts or if any package, accommodation, meals or any other services has been utilized, no refund can be arranged for the same.

Cancellation fees as outlined below will be applicable by, in case cancellation happens. Individual suppliers or tour operators (see your voucher for specific details) can levy their charges. You will be notified via email or telephone of the total cancellation fees.

  • If cancelled within 3 days in advance, 100 % amount will be refunded.
  • If cancelled within 2 days in advance, 50 % amount will be refunded.
  • If cancelled within 1 day or on the same day, no refund will be done whatsoever.
  • If any Package tours or activities cancelled due to bad weather, government intervention, local strike or any kind of emergency situation the full amount will be refunded.

Refunds generally can take 5-7 working days to appear on your account. This time-frame excludes weekends and vacations. 

For International Payment

Taxes, duties, foreign transaction, currency exchange or other fees will determine the trip fare in case of international payment. Your bank or credit or debit card company charge you fees after converting the payment into the local currency, resulting in differences between the amount displayed on and its affiliated websites, and the final amount charged to your bank account or credit or debit card statement.
